Chris Close

Although she became a licensed real estate agent in 1990, Chris Close’s commitment to the Dublin real estate market starts much earlier.  As a long time resident of Dublin, Ohio, Chris and her husband, Mike worked closely with developers in the early days of Dublin and watched as cornfields became the subdivisions she now sells homes in today. This rich history has translated into a successful real estate business and propelled her to the Twenty-five Million Dollar Club. Little did she know what she began as a one person team would eventually evolve into The Close Connection.

Chris realizes that her knowledge of the Dublin and Powell communities is a powerful tool for her clients, but she recognizes that this alone does not sell homes.  Rather, Chris provides clients with an approachable, trustworthy environment.  Further, she boasts impressive real estate knowledge, including advanced education in sales and negotiations.  This comprehensive approach is what earns her referrals and repeat clients.  Indeed, together with her daughter Alli, Chris has sold more than $100 million in homes in just the last 10 years and more homes in Dublin in 2010 than any other agent.

As the wife of a former Dublin mayor, Chris has always been a vital part of local community organizations and her name carries with it a strong reputation throughout the city of reliability and success.  Throughout the years, Chris has been a leader in organizations such as the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, the Dublin Visitors and Convention Bureau, Leadership Dublin, Dublin Counseling Center and Dublin Foundation.

Chris and her husband Mike chose Dublin to raise their three children—Alli, Dan, and Brian.  With all Dublin and Powell have to offer, Chris couldn’t think of anywhere else to call home.
