Alli Close Myers

Alli Close Myers, our CEO and Ruler of Results, has led our team to serve over 1000 families and sell $450 million in real estate. “I love helping people get to their next stage in life. It’s exciting to see first-time home buyers get their dream home, as much as I enjoy working with empty nesters.” Alli grew up in Dublin and bought her first home there with her husband, Rion, in 2005. Alli loves her community and has served on several boards and committees from Kiwanis, the Dublin Arts Council and The Dublin Schools Business Advisory, to The Sunshine Chair for St. Brigid of Kildare and a room parent at Bailey Elementary. When she’s not negotiating, you can catch her on the tennis court or watching her kids competing on the golf course or lacrosse field.

Chris Close

Chris Close, The Close Connection Founder and Real Estate Trailblazer since 1990, has always been a vital part of Dublin community and her name carries with it a strong reputation of reliability and success. As a long-time resident of Dublin and the wife of former Dublin Mayor Mike Close, Chris realizes that her knowledge of the Dublin and Powell communities is a powerful tool for her clients, but she recognizes that this alone does not sell homes. Rather, Chris provides clients with an approachable, trustworthy environment. Throughout the years, Chris has been a leader in organizations such as the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, the Dublin Visitors and Convention Bureau, Leadership Dublin, Dublin Counseling Center and Dublin Foundation. Chris’s favorite time is spent with her eight grandchildren, on the course golf with her husband Mike or walking on Fort Myers Beach, Florida.

Rion Myers

Rion Myers, President of The Close Connection, buyer representative and supreme grill master is passionate about helping people during life’s big changes. “It’s a great honor for me to help make the transition of buying a home go as smoothly as possible. My attention to detail and honest feedback has allowed me to successfully guide clients to buy their ideal home.” Rion has lived in Dublin with his wife, Alli, since 2005, and in 2013 remodeled their home to spend a lifetime in the community he loves. Rion has served on Dublin’s Board of Zoning Appeals, as President of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio and has also held several committee positions at The Country Club at Muirfield Village. Rion is a golf, Buckeyes, Blue Jackets and Bears fanatic, but his favorite activity is to spend time with the family he loves, Alli, Julian and Aidey.

Kirsten Kunz

Kirsten Kunz, a Champion both on and off the clock; award-winning realtor by day and mother of two amazing boys, 24/7. A licensed real estate agent since 2013, Kirsten brings with her the drive and desire to assist buyers and sellers with purchasing their next home or selling their current home. Whether it’s the first-time home buyer or an investor looking to expand his or her portfolio, Kirsten will get the job done, making sure the client’s needs are not only met but exceeded. Kirsten was born and raised in Dublin, Ohio and is a graduate of Coffman High School. She lives in Muirfield Village and is active in the Muirfield Village Civic Association and the Dublin School District, where her sons, Dylan and Gavin attend school.

Natalie Fowler

Natalie Fowler, Optimum Organizer and Sergeant of Systems has been helping buyers and sellers find their “Right” home since 2014. Natalie’s focus is to create an enjoyable experience based on communication, honesty, and trust, where she serves as your advisor and ally from beginning to end. “I feel it is my responsibility to consistently study market pricing and trends, learn new technologies and explore the many different emerging neighborhoods so that my clients are able to make a well-educated and informed decision.” Natalie has been diligent in her study of the Columbus markets from Dublin to German Village and Plain City to Powell, offering the best service as a multi-community realtor.

Jorie Close

Jorie Close, Wonder-Mom, Master Life Juggler and Supreme UA Expert became a licensed Real Estate Agent and joined The Close Connection in 2011. Jorie’s energy, experience and personalized attention allow her to provide her clients with top-level service. Jorie is known for going above and beyond for her clients, with the goal of making each real estate transaction a seamless, enjoyable and stress-free experience. She grew up in Dublin and currently resides in Upper Arlington with her husband and three children, where she knows and appreciates the benefits and unique characteristics of each community and those in between. Jorie and her husband share a passion for The Boys and Girls Club of Columbus and are actively involved in spreading awareness and fundraising for the organization. Jorie is also a member of The Nationwide Children’s Hospital Ambassador Council and is an active parishioner of St. Agatha Parish in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

Katie Kallmerten

Katie comes from a family of realtors in Cincinnati, OH. She attended Ohio University and upon graduation, she moved to Columbus, OH. After living in Grandview, Victorian Village and finally settling down in Dublin, she decided to follow in her mother’s footsteps and became a licensed agent in 2013.

Katie, her husband Karl and their three young children reside in Dublin. Her biggest joy is spending quality time with her family whether it’s getting involved with their preschool, local elementary school, or Mom’s clubs. When not in Dublin, they love to spend time with family all over Ohio, explore Columbus, hike, play soccer, and cheer on their Buckeyes.

Katie’s other passion is helping clients achieve dreams in buying and selling homes. She believes honesty, integrity, communication and trust are essential to building relationships. Most of her clients become friends, if they were not already! Whether it’s a first-time home buyer or a seasoned seller, she works hard for every client. Her market knowledge encompasses all of Columbus.
